The Tourist Association La Porta del Cel is a non-profit organization that does not organize or carry out any activity in the area, but only facilitates the reservations of the shelters.
This website offers information and aims to facilitate reservations to the shelters needed to make the route that follows historically used cross-border public roads.
The La Porta del Cel acts as an intermediary between customers and establishments. At the moment the reservation is confirmed, the user of the circuit or client establishes a direct contractual relationship with the camping, hotel or refuges that have been reserved.
The responsibility for the services provided falls solely and exclusively on the establishment that provides them.
The route runs through high mountain terrain, this involves certain risks that the user of the circuit personally and completely assumes, the Tourist Association La Porta del Cel assumes no responsibility for possible accidents that may occur during the voyage, including the cost of the rescue if the case were given.
The user can take out an insurance with us or in a mountain federation
The Associació Turistica La porta del cel guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data that is provided and that is incorporated into an automated file. These data are used only to organize the requested services and to inform about the activities of La porta del Cel.
These data are communicated to the shelters, since they are necessary to make reservations and to facilitate the services provided. In no case shall they be transferred to third parties, nor shall they be used for purposes other than those described herein, without the express authorization of the owner.
